The standard line tool system by EHRT

The QuickChange System is the tried-and-tested tool system by EHRT. This tool system has been further developed for years and adapted to customer needs.

The system allows for quick and simple tool changes without the use of tools. The operator simply connects the punching tools with the QuickChange System. Downtimes and setup times are reduced to a minimum by the simple system. Upon delivery, punch and die of every tool have already been aligned.

The EHRT tool system offers advantages, especially for thick metal bars. The tools are fitted with particularly strong springs which provide high retraction forces. Thus, small cutting clearances can be implemented even in thick metal bars. As a result, the holes are punched with ultimate precision, and no further reworking is required.
