The interface for production data acquisition

The interface for production data acquisition receives purely binary information from the machine, comparable to Yes or No signals.

For each machine, up to 16 signal channels (more available upon request) can be programmed. Those floating signals are 24 V circuit points, which allows for a standardised recording and evaluation of certain error prompts or machine messages, for instance machine on, machine in manual operation, machine in automatic operation, machine in production, machine disrupted, or production piece complete. This enables a multitude of applications. The signals occur reliably and promptly, so that a suitable programme can display the status of the machine at all times.
