FlexLoad

The FlexLoad from EHRT is an important step towards automation. It is a compact storage and feeding system that enables the punching machine to work semi-autonomously. In addition to the economic aspect, special attention is paid to ergonomics: manual lifting of heavy loads is no longer necessary.

Option A

The material is fed to the punching machine from a storage filled with copper bars (1). From there, the copper bars are placed on the infeed roller table (3) by means of a vacuum traverse (2) and transported further into the punching machine. The material storage is filled from the material box (4) by means of the vacuum traverse.

Option B

Material is fed to the punching machine from one of three material boxes filled with copper bars. From there, the copper bars are placed on the infeed roller table (3) by means of a vacuum traverse (2) and transported further into the punching machine. As with all EHRT solutions, stock quantities and order status of the FlexLoad can be monitored and controlled both at the machine and in the office. This enables a significant reduction in personnel requirements.
